Sepuya, Matthew S.
Matthew has a diverse background in litigation, handling cases in complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, professional liability, and more. He has represented various clients, including individuals, companies, and bankruptcy trustees, in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels.
Notable cases include his work on the investigation of a $100 million Ponzi scheme, where he helped recover millions for defrauded creditors. He was also part of the team that certified a plaintiff class in a consumer class action against a debt collection firm, leading to an $11 million settlement. Additionally, Matthew successfully represented Successfulmatch.com in a malpractice case, securing over $1.5 million in settlements.
Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys a variety of sports: Basketball, tennis, golf and cycling. He is also an avid reader and prefers spending time searching for books at his local bookstore.
